Policy on Refunds/Exchanges

Every product I sell is a handmade custom item. I do not offer refunds or exchanges as they have been made just for you, and are of no value or use to anybody else, and for hygiene reasons cannot be resold. If there is a problem with your order or I have made a mistake please contact me so I can make it right, however there will be no refunds, exchanges or returns processed for change of mind. 

Policy on Import Duties and Tariffs

I am not responsible for any import charges, customs charges, VAT charges or administration fees from revenue or postal offices in your country if you are buying from outside the EU. It is your responsibility to inform yourself of any additional charges before purchase of duties and tariffs.

I am not responsible for any delays due to customs administration. If you believe you are being charged customs, import fees  or VAT in error you must deal with the relevant revenue body in your country yourself, I cannot pay or administrate it for you under any circumstances.  

Policy on Delays due to Delivery Services

I cannot be held responsible for delays due to postal or delivery companies. Please order your set in plenty of time for your event if needed.

Delays can happen at any time for any number of reasons, I will always ship your set within the agreed time frame but I cannot control what happens to your parcel once it has left my hands. You, the receiver are best placed to deal with the delivery company to arrange collections or alternative delivery dates. I will always send your parcel by tracked postage only and will provide you with the tracking number.  

Policy on Colour Matching

You the customer has the final say on colour matching. While I do my best to photograph the colours in the best light, I cannot guarantee colour matching under any circumstances and will not accept any returns based on the colour not matching your own hair colour.
